Julia’s classes range from core strength for athletes, restorative yoga for endurance recovery to yoga for emotional health. Every month, she creates new movement practices for her community.

She creates conversations in which community members can share their favorite wellness resources, including recipe or podcasting sharing. Julia believes that by harnessing the power of the collective we can heal ourselves and the world.
