Julia sees Massachusetts-based therapy clients remotely through Flourish Therapy Center. Julia works with individuals 18+ and couples. Julia. In her work as a psychotherapist, she feels passionate about creating a safe place for people of all backgrounds and identities. Julia’s holistic approach is focused on helping you access your mind-body connection through mindfulness, movement, and self reflection. She does so while using Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Julia earned her Gottman Level 1 and 2 certification and uses this approach in her therapy work with couples. She is passionate about working with people navigating eating disorders, trauma, relationship corners, anxiety, perinatal mental health, and athletes. Julia endeavors to create a non-judgmental space where you can transform your challenges into opportunities for insight, healing, and connection.
