A Slow Flow Class to Start the Day

Start your day with a slow flow to awaken your mind, body, and spirit. This class will ease you into your day with intention and strength. The class features a mix of everything including hip opening, gentle backbends, and twists so that you can start your day with sustained energy.

Equipment recommended: Yoga mat, 2 blocks and 1 pillow

Total class length: 34 minutes
