Strengthen your mind and body for the long run with this circuit practice. Created for runners, this class features three challenging movements that target your hamstrings, glutes, feet, and core. Build speed, endurance, and prevent injury with this strengthening practice!

Equipment recommended: yoga mat and two 5-lb dumbbells (not necessary to have weights for this class)
