Challenge your core with the dynamism of a foam roller! In this circuit class, you will practice 7 core-focused exercises that utilize a foam roller to awaken your deepest core muscles. Strengthen your core, glutes and hamstrings with this fiery circuit practice.

Equipment recommended: Yoga mat and 1 foam roller of any length/brand (you can still do this sequence without a foam roller)
