Side Body Tune Up

A Slow Flow Class

Tune up the side seam of your body which is often overlooked. This creative sequence features a mix of balancing poses, supine twists, and IT band opening.  Through accessing your side body, your entire body will be brought into balance.  

Equipment recommended: Yoga mat and 2 blocks or pillow

Total class length: 30 minutes
