Designed for runners, cyclists, and endurance athletes, this restorative practice will focus on freeing your hips, which in turn will create ease in your psoas, quads, groin and low back. End class with your hips and mind feeling refreshed for your next endurance endeavor.

Equipment recommended: Yoga mat and 2 blocks or pillow
