Grounding Slow Flow

This slow flow class builds awareness and opening with grounded poses. The class features a mix of everything including hip opening, side body lengthening, and balancing poses. End class feeling centered in body and mind.

Equipment recommended: Yoga mat, 2 blocks and bolster or pillow

Total class length: 60 minutes
