Core Stability with Foam Roller

Strengthen your core with dynamism of a foam roller! In this class, you will practice 5 core-focused exercises that utilize a foam roller to awaken your deepest core muscles. From elevated toe taps to hip circles, challenge your balance and bring stability to your core, hips, and back with this practice.

Equipment recommended: Yoga mat and 1 long foam roller (you can still do this sequence without a foam roller)

Total class length: 10 minutes
